Black Market Sake was established in 2010 with the simple idea of wanting to show Australia how amazing Japanese Sake could be. We work with over 26 producers of unique standing in the artisanal Sake world and each and every one of our products is carefully hand selected through visiting and tasting with each individual brewer before being imported to Australia. |

Deja vu Sake Company was established in 2012 to import 5 premium sake brands from Japan and to introduce these beautiful sake in Australia. We have now 11 Sake brands which has a diverse range of sake by brand, size, type and price selected to suit the market. They are all family owned and come from different regions, have fascinating history and produce their own 'house style of sake'. They range from 100 years old house to 3rd oldest existing sake brewery with over 530 years of history. |
