After Submission

Additional Document - How to submit when it is requested

After your application is submitted and accepted, we will contact you if we need more relevant documents for further assessments. You can submit the additional documents by the following methods.

Your application number and name have to be written on the documents and the subject field of the email. Once you have submitted your additional documents, please call us between Monday-Friday 10:00-12:00, 15:00-17:00 for confirmation.
No inquiries can be made by email.
You must bring the original documents on the collection day if you are required.
Even if your departure date is close, we will NOT return your passport without the submission of the original documents.


Collection - when the assessment is finished

Monday-Friday 9:30-12:30 only.

When the assessment is finished, we will call you. Please come back to our office for your passport collection in the morning. Payment is in cash only. Please prepare for the exact amount without change.
Your passport can be collected by a third party if the original applicant submitted the documents in person.
The third party must bring the original applicant's yellow receipt, his/her photo ID and a photo copy of the ID, and the visa fee if applicable.

Cancellation

If you would like to cancel your application, we require the written confirmation from you. Please type the cancellation letter with the same signature as shown on your passport and bring it to us (A hand written letter is NOT acceptable.).
You must collect your passport at the consulate in person.
Any documents which you submitted cannot be returned, except your passport.

Visa Fee

Visa fees are revised from 1st of April 2017.

The new fees are applied to those who have applied after 1st of April 2017. It is not applicable to applicants who lodged until 31st of March 2017 even though visas are issued after 1st of April 2017.

For visa applicants by post, even if the visa documents are sent off and arrive in March but the applications cannot be accepted due to insufficient documents in March and have accepted after 1st April, new fees are applied.
